Aero Fighters Assault is a 3D shoot 'em up game in which a group of four pilots undertake the mission to save the Earth from the evil Phutta Morgana and their machines of doom.

STORY / GAMEPLAY As an Air-Force pilot, you engage in a variety of missions against enemy aircrafts and big bosses around the Globe. Join the battle to save the Earth from the evil Phutta Morgana and their machines of doom and score as many points as possible by keeping all your wing-men survive, by spending as low as possible defensive countermeasures and special weapons and by avoiding as many as possible hits when each stage ends. You can gain points to unlock a bonus mission (4 in total). Aero Fighters Assault features dogfights in a full 3D environment, flying close to city buildings and above the sea level! The game is tense and offers thrilling action and lots of fun. Aero Fighters Assault is among the best games ever developed for the N64 console.
GRAPHICS / SOUND The 3D visuals look very nice and each aircraft is exceptionally solid. The cities and the overall scenery are beautifully rendered without any slow-downs. The sound features some cool, sampled sound effects including explosions and weapon firing plus digitized voices of your squad and the headquarters, giving you instructions! In addition, Aero Fighters includes a nice music tune during gameplay.
